After running through our vegan wines, our biodynamics, our naturals – and a brief interlude last week to announce some very exciting news regarding the recent SWA awards – we’re back on the boil with our London Wine fair run down.
This week it’s all about our Organic Wine. An absolutely stellar line-up of wines, new and old, from pure and untainted soils around the world.
As always, don’t forget to click on an individual product to view its full specifications and bottle image!
Starting in the Old World, with a legend not just of Wine Rascal Lore, but a veteran too in Organic wine, Chateau Beaubois have held the ‘Agriculture Biologique’ certification since 2004. Their ‘Expression’ Red is appropriately named, expressing their unique and untampered Rhone terroir in a single bottle.
Just up the hill, in the exceptionally high reaches of the Rhone Valley is Chateau Croix Des Pins, who offer this delicious ‘Trois Villages’ which balances sweet and savoury notes beautifully.
Down the road to Limoux for a weighty white cooked up by ex-chef Bernard Delmas. Much like one of his dishes, this wine is full-bodied and packed full of flavour.
Along the Pyrenees to Provence for a wine that is emblematic of its region – the Premiere de Figuière is not only pure elegance on the palate, but on the eye too – in an exclusive designer bo
ttle, worthy of an invite to the Met Gala.
That’s it for France! Look out tomorrow as we explore some very exciting Organic wines across three other continents.
Sign up for your attendence badge to try these wines at London Wine Fair.
You’ll find us at tables Z105 and Z106.
See you there!
