With a month to go before we celebrate the Jubilee celebrations, what better way to toast the Queen’s fantastic service than with not one, but two signature Champagnes from one of our favourite family winemakers.
These are a premium offering of the finest bubbly, which is only fitting for our majesty!
Forget Brimont is a multi-award winning, 6th generation winemaking family based in the Premier Cru village of Ludes. Their Vineyards are composed entirely of Biodiversity protected, Premier and Grand Cru plots.
Their classic ‘Charmant’ Champagne is made using a ‘Solera’ method, which uses different harvests (around 7 different vintages) for a better aromatic complexity. The palate offers apples, hazlenuts and white flowers, perfect with creamy fish.
Now on to their delicious Rosé alternative – and number one selling champagne in Quebec! This pink fizz delivers mulberry, raspberry and redcurrant, and a freshness and intensity, complete with an elegant shade of salmon pink. It makes a superb aperitif or dessert option.
