You wouldn’t guess it from their image though. Xavier Pons and his youthful team take inspiration from their vibrant city of Barcelona, pushing boundaries in their winemaking and jamming their bottles into coolers at parties all around the city. They believe that “it is important to be serious in everything that matters, but there always has to be space for a little madness”, and there must be something in that, because they’ve won more than 20 gold medals in the last several years.
