Gigi Rosso

Our rigorous respect for piedmontese winemaking tradition and more than 50 years of enological experience guarantee the best results.

In the early 1970s,  the dream of one man, Gigi Rosso became reality when he decided to dedicate his life to making exceptional wines in the Piedmont region of North West Italy. As a result, he founded a modern winery in Castiglione Falletto, in the heart of Barolo land. His first vintages from vines in the best terroirs of Barolo quickly earned him international renown and respect from connoisseurs and critics alike.

Today, Gigi, as senior enologist, guarantees that all elements of their work are respectful of tradition; his daily presence is felt as a valuable contribution and tremendous legacy. His son, Maurizio continues to follow in his footsteps whilst keeping a careful eye on latest technological advances and international wine taste.
