Here are two wines from California that are sure to bring some of that West Coast warmth to your customers’ hearts – but don’t leave it to the 11th hour to make your order!
Both wines come in at a very friendly price point which, combined with their approachable, fruit forward flavours (and screw cap) make them a perfect choice for a by-the-glass offering.
First up is Pinot Noir.
Just what anyone would want from a Californian PN; juicy raspberry and black cherry notes with silky smooth tannins and a nice finish. This wine is a great match for hearty food and cheese, while also delightful on its own.
And now the Chardonnay,
A delicious wash of pineapple, banana and ripe peach make this Chardonnay a real crowd pleaser amongst its more savoury peers.
