Rising enigmatically from the Montagnes de Reims in the Grand Cru village of Verzenay, Manuel Janisson’s state-of-the-art winery adds a modern twist to the traditional art of champagne making.

Manuel, whose grandfathers were both champagne producers, combines elegantly the best traditions of champagne production with cutting-edge technology, describing his winemaking as a mix of passion and patience.

Manuel and his winemaker Cyril Tanazacq produce some of the freshest, most precisely assembled Grand Cru champagnes in France and have won a multitude of awards world wide.
