Guliev Wines

Vineyards and production areas are located in three microzones – Bolshaya Dolina, Hadijider Valley and Kogilnik Valley.

Founded by the French merchant Francois Nouveau in 1857 and maintained by the hard, state-awarded labour of Ruben Guliev and his family, this winery has worked tirelessly to perfect its process. Their wine makers have studied in France, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Australia and South Africa. Specialising in the driest of wines as a means of demonstrating the precision of their efforts, unmasked and un-enhanced by sugar dosage, they invite you to find a fault!
